Lost guitar! Yes I'm an idiot...

Well I've just got home from the JMG Showcase at Concorde 2 which was a blinder, despite my somewhat hoarse voice... the band were bloody brilliant, massive thanks to Tom and Alex White who played drums and keys (learning the stuff in one rehearsal) as well as Chris Britt on bass who was great as ever...
Props to 'The Morning Orchestra' for getting most votes - good luck to 'em - but the real drama of the night was how much of a total eejit I proved to be...

Yes, new heights of stupidity have been reached by my dumb ass this evening as I have managed to simply 'lose' a beautiful electric guitar which I had borrowed from the incredibly gracious Nikki Smash of the Rocket Dolls...

Dickhead that I am I was loading my car with equipment at the White's house, on the way to the gig, and left it on the pavement whilst I moved everything around. We drove off, waiting two hours in the end before unloading at the other end, only realizing finally 20 minutes before my stage time.
I was devastated but did the gig anyway, then went straight back to the White's, calling the police as soon as I knew it was gone. No joy. Looked up and down the street - even in people's gardens though I don't know why...
It's gone. I'm gutted. It's a lovely cream-coloured Fender Telecaster (Mexican I think), with the most ironic sticker on it saying "Lost..." No really it does - here's a picture (click attachment below).

All I can do is hope someone hands it in to the police or some miracle occurs.
If you see it for sale in a second-hand shop or something please rescue it for me!

P.S. Huge thanks to everyone who came down to the gig - my apologies for my distressed state and for not hanging around to see you all - I hope you understand why...
