So... after all the shenanigans I'm proud to announce that my debut album has now finally been mixed and mastered, and is sounding pretty darn lovely if I do say so myself...
It's currently titled 'Reveal or Steal' and I'll be spending the next few weeks working out how I'm going to release the thing officially, but you can have a gander over on myspace in the meantime...

It's been a little while since I wrote any kind of update on the album etc so here goes - in short: NEARLY THERE!

We've actually basically mixed everything now, just tweaking one last track and we're there I PROMISE. Next comes mastering and then I sell my soul and try to flog the thing...

So not long now folks, really really. You can't rush these things eh?

In the mean time I've been ruminating what the point of it all is over on my blog...

Well I've just got home from the JMG Showcase at Concorde 2 which was a blinder, despite my somewhat hoarse voice... the band were bloody brilliant, massive thanks to Tom and Alex White who played drums and keys (learning the stuff in one rehearsal) as well as Chris Britt on bass who was great as ever...
Props to 'The Morning Orchestra' for getting most votes - good luck to 'em - but the real drama of the night was how much of a total eejit I proved to be...

OK so I've been asked to play at this interesting showcase event which will not only be a fun gig but will mean that with YOUR help I could win a bunch of really helpful musical opportunities (festival gigs, promo etc)...
